  • Should I Tip?
    Our team greatly appreciates your generosity. In order to accommodate our customers, Feast partners with restaurants that offer delivery in addition to providing our own delivery services for restaurants that do not currently offer those services in order to ensure that you get what you want when you're craving your favorite local spot.

    Our drivers and representatives work very hard to ensure that your order is perfectly executed and on time, and while it is not required that you tip, we appreciate the love when you do.

    We recommend a tip of 10-15% for orders that are $200+ and 15-20% for smaller orders. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team and we will make sure that you are taken care of!
  • Why is a 24-hour-notice required?
    Large catering orders are our specialty. That said, quality means everything to us so it's important for us to be able to provide our restaurant partners with the time and resources needed to be able to complete your order correctly. We created Feast to eliminate headaches for local restaurants, as they work very hard to serve customers daily.

    We keep in mind that restaurants have to order very specific amounts of food for their projected sales and last-minute orders might require them to order additional food, staff more employees, and properly plan for your order. We love keeping our customers happy but we also care a great deal about our restaurant partners. We will do our best to accommodate tight deadlines but the more notice we have, the better!

  • Customizing your order!
    We understand that there may be dietary restrictions, food allergies and/or certain preferences that customers want when they place large catering orders and we are here to make sure your order is fulfilled with the highest quality care and attention to detail.

    You are always welcome to add on additional items, toppings, etc. on the side to ensure that your order is prepped to please, however, for large catering orders we do have to limit our customer's ability to customize individual orders because it can increase the likelihood of errors and make it very difficult for the restaurant to prepare.

  • Fees/Upcharges
    Feast was founded by people who LOVE the restaurant industry. We have spent many years operating restaurants and serving fantastic customers. We've evaluated the many pros and cons of 3rd party services before mapping out our business model. We are different than a regular 3rd party service because we charge a much lower fee to our restaurants in order for them to maintain a profit in the catering industry, while still providing affordable meals to our customers.

    The majority of our customers love our local restaurants just as much as we do and understand that great service sometimes requires extra costs when it comes to planning and delivering an order. We are always here to help you cut your cost if possible, so please reach out to us if you need help navigating our menus. You can discuss your catering budgets with us if you'd like help planning a menu!
